They have a great variety of cycling gear and some great brand names to choose from at a very fair competitive price. I bought exactly what I came in for and they also had a couple smokin' deals on other items so I bought them too!"

"I had to go to this store to pick up a Bilt Bluetooth Helmet in my size, about 12 miles from my home. Upon returning home, I discovered there were no Bluetooth instructions or charging cable in the box. I took the box to my local store and the guy had to print a copy of the instructions for me and gave me a spare cable from behind the counter. THEN when I got home to charge the bluetooth battery and pair the helmet with my phone, I realized the wall charger was also missing, so I had to go back to the store AGAIN, where another guy gave me another spare charger from behind the counter. By that time I had actually ridden my new bike with the helmet on and disliked it a lot....heavy, noisy, poor visibility and fit. Even though it was within their stated 7-day helmet exchange timeframe, I was told I could not exchange it because I had actually RIDDEN my bike once with the helmet on! This place is deceptive, avoid it!"
